TSS Library will not be open over the Mid Semester
break - September 20th - October 5th 2008

Library will not open on Sunday August 31st following
Gold Coast Show holiday in 2008
GUIDELINES
FOR USE OF THE LIBRARY DURING PREP
1. Boys must have a prep pass filled out
correctly and signed by the MOD-this is to be given in at the front desk when arriving at
the library.
2. Boys must fill out the prep
entry form at the front desk.
3. Boys must line up quietly outside the IRC and wait until they are called in by
the IRC supervisor.
4. To access email and other computer based
programmes(including the internet), boys must have
booked a time during the school day.
There will be no access allowed unless boys
have done this.
5. The supervisor will check the IRC booking
folder for bookings made by boys. Under no circumstances
will boys be able to access the IRC unless they
have made a prior booking and have this recorded
in their record book.
6. Boys may only use the internet for curriculum
related matters agreed to by the internet agreement.
7. Boys must sign off on the prep sheet as
they leave, and also have their prep pass signed.
8. Screens are to remain straight and taskbars
visible.
9. No mobile phones or music devices are to be brought
into the IRC during prep.
Boys who abuse these
guidelines will be excluded from using the Library during Prep.
