Under the direction of Ms Miller, a cast of 11 boys, and two students from St Hilda's endured an intense three month production process rehearsing a play titled ‘Skate’.

‘Skate’ is about a group of young kids battling with their local council to get a skate park. When tragedy strikes, the battle grows into a struggle of acceptance and unity. A turbo-charged and moving account of the mates, mothers, tricks and traumas of young teenagers, ‘Skate’ is the emotional awkwardness of adolescence, packed with adrenalin, compassion and humour.
