Education at Primary level has been an integral part of
The Southport School since its foundation in 1901. Today, boys
are challenged to partake in the traditional, cultural and educational
richness offered by ‘Prep’ as they seek to expand their talents,
strengths and abilities, while exploring their place in an ever-changing
world.
Within Prep’s caring environment, providing for the education of young boys aged
from 4½ years, emphasis is placed on the acquisition of strong fundamentals and
the fostering of a sense of belonging to a cooperative, supportive, exciting community.
