P&F Committee Dates 2008

* AGM, March 18th to be held 7pm in the Annand Theatre
* Open General Meeting, June 3rd to be held 7pm in the Pearson Building (Prep Campus)
* General Committee Meeting, September 2nd

All further Meetings after the AGM are normally held in the Memorial Room at 7.00pm with a light supper

Activities and Events

* Friends of Prep Trivia Night Friday May 30th at 7pm in the Hall of Fame

* Prep Pavilion Grand Opening Day Sunday July 27, 10am to 1.30pm with Opening Ceremony at 11am
There will be rides for all ages ,Prep to Teenage . Fun castles to Gladiators, Heaps of Food , drinks and lots of fun. Drumline will be there for the opening, together with the Big Band. Come along and celebrate a new beginning on the Prep Ovals ALL WELCOME!

* Melbourne Cup 6 Star Luncheon at Palazzo Versace Tuesday November 4th, 2008 from 11.30am. All inclusive tickets are $130 and are available at The Store Tickets can be booked and paid over the telephone on 55319823. Booking Form and more details in the Flyer [PDF].

* The Christmas Markets will be held on November 15th at the Prep School Ovals.
