The Duke of Edinburgh's Award

General Overview

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is a voluntary extension activity for students throughout the world. The Southport School is a Licenced operator and as such, it offers students a great opportunity to receive recognition for their work and effort.

The ideals and objectives of this well-known worldwide youth award scheme are aligned very closely to the aims of the School. The vast array of extra-curricular and community service activities conducted by the School easily satisfy all sections the Duke of Edinburgh Awards.
