Basketball

TSS squads have been practicing for many months and are eagerly looking forward tobasketball the start of the GPS Basketball season. TSS in 2008 will have 17 teams represent the Senior school very competitively in the G.P.S. competition.

The TSS Senior squad for 2008 which includes some very skilful players commenced their individual skill work in February along with their strength and conditioning program. The Coaching staff at the Senior School consists of a number of ex and current professional players, with the Director of Basketball former Australian "BOOMERS" Assist. Coach and ex N.B.L. Head Coach Dave Claxton.

Our support group "Friends of Basketball" led this year by Mr. Alan Parsons is a small but hardworking and efficient group,any persons wishing to assist would be appreciated and can be contacted at the Basketball office in the Centenary Sports Centre.
