Some of our boys have been working hard with their fundraising efforts for Cambodia. Here are some of the stories sent in from proud parents.
Matthew, one of our TSS Prep boys works at our family Spar Express stores in Broadbeach from 8-12 each Saturday and Sunday and has so far raised just over $300 for Feeding Dreams! With more funds still to be collected!
He enjoys helping at the store and meeting new people. All of our customers adore Matthew and look forward to him serving them over the weekend and hearing how his week at school has been or talking about the AFL together.
Have you guessed the number of jelly beans in the jar yet? Tradition holds it the Mr Symms has some very good mathematical skills to work out the exact number of jelly beans in the jar. Will he be the closest this year? Nicholas has been busy collecting donations for his little idea at basketball home games on the weekend but you can also catch him from 8am most mornings in the car park drop off area. Help get behind this fabulous cause and make just $1 donation for Cambodia.
Tommy and Sam from 4T have been busy raising money for their Cambodia box over the weekend. They baked some cookies and sold them for a gold coin donation at Saturday’s soccer match at Surfers Paradise Apollo Club. They raised $90 for their efforts!! Not a bad effort considering I’m not much of a baker!
What a wonderful effort from Mathew, Nicholas, Sam and Tommy we are all very proud of you and your efforts to raise funds for Feeding Dreams.
