The Southport School’s Property Team comprises of our Grounds, Maintenance, Security and Facilities teams who all work closely together to create a safe environment for our students, their families, and our staff to operate across and within. We are now seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join our team. This role will report to the Property Manager and support the Property Team by providing strong administrative support services as well as assisting with workplace health and safety and risk management obligations. This is a full time (term-time) position, operating Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4.15pm.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with several key internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must be able to multi-task and demonstrate advanced administrative skills. Administrative experience in property management/maintenance or property development industry is advantageous but not essential.
