Oskar Morris – Assembly speech – Laugh and enjoy life
This Weeks habit of mind is laugh and enjoy life. I believe that life is about enjoying what you have and not what you don’t have. Looking at the bigger picture. The picture of life. The ups and downs. One of the secrets to happiness is to admire without desire. Laughter is very contagious and it can start with anyone of you. For myself I have recently realised that life isn’t only very valuable to you but to many people around you but sometimes we can be caught in the vortex of stress, complications, and even depression but that is all normal. Life is very valuable and just stepping back and admiring can do you the world of good.
I’ll leave you with this, not everyone will understand your journey. That’s okay. You’re here to live your life, not to make everyone understand. Laugh out loud. Follow your heart and enjoy the little things.
