Partnerships that reflect our strong values

Mr Karel Bos, Deputy Headmaster – Senior School

As the end of term arrives, it has been encouraging to travel and see our TSS Community support the ICPA at Blackall where current and past parents, Old Boys and TSS staff attended the three day conference. The representation from our wider TSS community reflected the passion and focus  for our isolated students and the importance of education and boarding for these country families.  Furthermore, our Year 9s participated in a Social Justice Day this week with Oz Harvest preparing over 500 meals and the continued great work from our Round Square Committee in raising funds for our partnerships with,  ‘Steps Pathways College, Shave for a Cure, St John’s Crisis Centre and many other organisations reflects our strong values we promote in the school. Our Community transcends beyond our student body and the hard work from parents, staff, Old Boys, past parents and friends is always an inspiration.

I wish all of our Community a safe and restful holiday and I look forward to sharing more events and moments where we celebrate the great things we do here at TSS and the wider community.
