Self-Care During Exams

Self-care is critical at all times, but especially during busy periods with high stress such as exam block.

As a school, we want to encourage our students to recognise the important role that health plays when it comes to their performance; and the need for adequate sleep, nutritious food, daily movement and mindfulness practice.

To support the wellbeing of our boys during exam block, our Wellbeing Health Team have organised a special extended lunch for next Thursday 20th February, where we will be encouraging our students to: refuel their bodies from one of the healthy Food Trucks; reconnect with their friends over a delicious meal; and relax by listening to some terrific live music.

We encourage you to support us with this message with your son/s at home but checking-in with their sleep routine, and making sure they are well-fueled throughout the day.
