I joined TSS in 2004, as a fresh faced beginning teacher. I quickly realised that boys education was something that suited me and that I was passionate about. The energy that boys bring to the classroom has challenged me to continuously refine my teaching practice in order to offer engaging lessons that embrace innovation, competition and practical challenges. The boys at TSS are genuine, honest and good natured, and this makes working with them a real privilege. When working with young people, every lesson and every day is different, and I enjoy this aspect of my role. I am fortunate to work with colleagues that share a similar commitment to being their best, and that have a passion for working with young men, to also help them be their best. I am proud to be a part of the TSS community. It is a place that has helped me grow as an individual and professional, and a place that nurtures and supports the growth of the young men in this community.
