Smiles are infectious and you can change the feeling of your session, by smiling at your squad mates – I bet they smile back
Better still research a funny joke and come in and share it with the group and your coach. There will be a prize for the best joke I hear over the next few days…
Good luck to Josh Parrish, Kai Edwards, Laura Taylor and Kiah Melverton who fly to Taiwan next week to compete for Australia at the World University Games. Our four swimmers will be competing in events from the 100m freestyle to the 10km open water swim…go Team TSS.
“Everyday is filled with time and excuses, which one are you choosing to use today?” LG Fries.
Go and make it happen today, tell jokes to your team mates and your coach, have fun have your best ever session in the pool – it really is up to you.
