TSS is proud to announce our partnership with RizeUp, an organisation that has been making significant strides in supporting families affected by domestic and family violence. We firmly believe in the importance of addressing this critical issue within our community. During the year a group of TSS students and staff helped turn an empty RizeUp house into a home - building furniture and arranging gifts, food and essential items needed for families to start over.

TSS has always strived to instil values of respect, empathy, and responsibility in our students. Supporting RizeUp aligns perfectly with these values and our commitment to preparing young men to be compassionate, responsible, and active members of society.

It's crucial to emphasise that boys and young men play a pivotal role in addressing and preventing domestic and family violence. They are the future leaders and decision-makers of our society, and by involving them, we are shaping a better future for all.

By engaging our boys in activities and initiatives that raise awareness and promote healthy relationships, we are educating them to be part of the solution, not the problem. It's our responsibility to teach them about respect, consent, and the importance of supporting those in need.

We believe that nurturing empathy and compassion in our students is crucial in driving change. By advocating for the rights and wellbeing of domestic and family violence victim survivors, we aim to foster a culture of empathy and caring among our boys.

We look forward to working with RizeUp and the wider community to make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by domestic and family violence. Together, we can drive the change that is so desperately needed.
