The TSS Foundation Business Breakfast featuring Mike Baird AO was a resounding success, bringing together members of the TSS community and wider business network for an engaging and insightful morning. Currently CEO of the Susan McKinnon Foundation, Mike Baird shared reflections on his extensive career in public service, banking, and community leadership. With over 30 years of experience in the financial sector including senior roles at NAB, Deutsche Bank, and HSBC, and having served as NSW Treasurer and the 44th Premier of New South Wales, Mr Baird offered a unique perspective on effective leadership, public policy, and the role of values in decision-making.

Beyond his keynote address, the breakfast provided a valuable opportunity for connection and conversation among TSS alumni, parents, and sponsors. Mr Baird’s passion for family, sport, and community was evident throughout the morning, particularly in his role as Chair of Cricket Australia. The event underscored the TSS Foundation’s dedication to fostering leadership, integrity, and community engagement within and beyond the school.
